Our Story
Dynamic Fitness LLC is a tailored fitness service provided by certified professionals who offer individualized workout programs and guidance to clients seeking personalized fitness solutions. This service typically involves one-on-one sessions or small group sessions conducted in a private setting, such as a gym or client's home, focusing on the client's specific goals, abilities, and preferences.
The process begins with a comprehensive assessment of the client's fitness level, health history, and objectives, allowing the fitness professional to design a customized training plan. These plans often incorporate a variety of exercises, including strength training, cardiovascular workouts, flexibility exercises, and sometimes nutritional guidance all tailored to the client's needs and aspirations.
Unlike traditional personal training, Dynamic Fitness specializes in achieving each client's goal through the professional coaching of kickboxing, boxing, and mixed martial arts (MMA) based fitness programs without the risk of sparring like professional combat athletes. These methods have been successfully implemented by the Dynamic Fitness professional since 2010. Our proper, responsible, and professional techniques help our clients achieve their fitness goal with an average caloric burn of 500 - 1000 calories per hour!
Throughout the exercise sessions, the fitness professional provides hands-on instruction, feedback, and motivation to ensure proper form, technique, and progression.
